You need JavaScript enabled to view it with the desired denomination and we will email you an invoice through PayPal.  We can mail the Gift Certificate to you or to the recipient, just indicate where it should be shipped upon checkout.  At your request, we will happily include a special note with the Gift Certificate; simply indicate the verbiage you wish to appear on the card.
