Payment: We accept cash, checks, and credit cards. Shipping costs are additional; product will be shipped on the Monday or Thursday after payment in full.

Packaging: All items will be thoughtfully wrapped in recycled packaging whenever possible. If your item is a gift, we can include a special note on your behalf.

Shipping: Millinerium ships on Mondays and Thursdays; orders received after 12:00pm on those days will ship the following shipping day. We will ship anywhere internationally via U.S. Postal Service*.   Domestic (U.S.) shipments will ship Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation; International shipments will ship First Class mail with NO Delivery Confirmation unless requested and paid for by the purchaser. If you wish to upgrade to express shipping, please contact us for a special shipping quote.  Please note all additional fees incurred by international shipping will be the responsibility of the purchaser.

*Using your local Postal Service reduces special shipments - and therefore gasoline and emissions from airplanes - because your postal carrier delivers to your neighborhood every day no matter what!

Custom Orders: Custom orders require a 50% deposit before production, with the balance due prior to shipment.

Returns & Exchanges: Returns will be accepted within 15 days from receipt of product, with payment refunded after determining the product's condition to be good. Please contact us if you are returning an item so we can discuss logistics.  **Please note that custom made items cannot be returned.  Exchanges will be considered on an individual basis.**

Privacy: We will never sell, rent, trade, or give away your information to anyone. We spend a lot of time opting out of unwanted junk mail, so we would never harass you that way!
